Vacancies - Receptionist / Customer Service Advisor

We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Receptionist / Customer Service Advisor to join our team. If you have the relevant experience, we could have an excellent opportunity for you.


This is a full-time position working 5 shifts per week. Tuesday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 4:30pm. This role may be of interest to a Hotel receptionist looking for more social hours of work.

Main Duties:

  • Check out of new bicycles.
  • General reception administration duties/reports.
  • Sending email communication to clients on behalf of the sales and workshop team.
  • Directing all calls coming into the front desk to relevant departments within the store.
  • Liaising with the sales team in relation to specific customer requests.
  • Reservations and booking of workshop jobs through a professional retail EPOS system (training is provided)
  • Ensuring customers always receive excellent customer service from the front desk and ensuring a professional link between the Sales and Workshop teams.
  • Daily Management of the store’s various social media platforms.
  • Working in conjunction with Sales Team and Manager on sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Directing customers in the store to the relevant department of interest.
  • organisation online sales orders.


  • A minimum of 1- 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Must be computer literate i.e. word & excel.
  • Must be fluent in the English Language both written and spoken.
  • Excellent customer care skills.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • An interest in Cycling / Triathlons and or Adventure racing a bonus but not a necessity.
